APPLE & CINNAMON CAKE IN A MUG

This is a brilliant SUPER QUICK anytime snack or perfect breakfast.. So very quick and easy combining a great mix of carbs and protein for get up and go... Whilst I'm not a lover of microwaves, if it is the difference between a quick healthy breakfast or none - I am making an allowance :)

 

Gluten Free l Grain Free l Refined Sugar Free 

 

Serving: 1 I Prep time: 3 minutes I Total time: 4.5  minutes 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1/3 cup Almond Meal

 

1 egg

 

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

 

2 tbsp grated Apple

 

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

 

1/2-1 tsp of natural sweetener (if required) e.g Agave / Honey / Maple Syrup

 

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe mug and mix well with a spoon. Microwave for 90 seconds.
