CHOCCY CHIA SEED PUDDING WITH FRUIT, NUTS & SEEDS
Chia Seed Pudding is a nourishing and versatile breakfast.. So very quick and easy to prepare the pudding and then you can add in all the things you love. When I have a busy morning I make mine up the night before so it's all ready to go.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp. of cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp of natural sweetener (if required) e.g agave / honey / maple syrup
2 tbsp. of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. of goji berries
2 tbsp. of walnuts
2 tbsp. of almond slivers
1 tbsp. of hazelnuts
1 tbsp. of cacao nibs
1 cup of fresh fruit / I chose strawberries, blueberry and banana
DIRECTIONS
[if gte IE 8][endif]Place coconut milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla extract and sweetener in a bowl and whisk together, place in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Place set pudding into a bowland decorate with the nuts, seeds and fruit.
