CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE


Another super quick Breakfast recipe... and a perfect start to any day.. I always make variations of the following recipe.. For example, I am known to throw in all sorts of extra bits and pieces e.g. a teaspoon of super green powder or a tablespoon of chia seeds, or sunflower seeds.. whatever my taste buds decide really....

Gluten Free l Grain Free l Refined Sugar Free l Vegetarian l Vegan

Serving: 4 I Prep time: 2 minutes I Total time: 4 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 bananas

3 handfuls of greens - i.e kale, spinach, lettuce, watercress....

4 cups of coconut water

2 tbsp of LSA powder (or any nuts)

1 tbsp banana flour

1 tbsp cacao powder

DIRECTIONS

[if gte IE 8][endif]Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz away.... until combined well.
