BEEF OPEN BURGER


Who needs the buns!!!!!

Just fry up some homemade gluten free grass fed beef patties or you may be able to purchase some... Fry up an egg.. and you are ready to assemble, with your choice of salad goodies -

Gluten Free l Grain Free l Refined Sugar Free l Paleo

Serving: 4 I Prep time: 15 minutes I Total time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

4 x beef patties - gluten free, grass fed beef

4 eggs

4 tbsp ghee, butter or coconut oil

Salad greens

2 tomatoes

1 tbsp Kimchi

2 avocados

Sliced cucumber

Plus other goodies e.g figs, sun dried tomatoes, seeds, grated veggies.

DIRECTIONS

[if gte IE 8][endif]1. Fry beef patties in ghee, butter or coconut oil in a fry pan

2. Fry eggs in ghee, butter or coconut oil in a separate fry pan

3. Assemble salad, place patties and eggs on plate and it looks gorgeous!
